STEAM OVER MIRAMAR AUGUST 7TH!

Ex-Feather River Railway Shay #3 will be under steam for the first time in over a year on Saturday, August 7th, on leased Museum trackage at Miramar Naval Air Station. The steamup will be open to all Association members in good standing, but membership cards will be needed for identification to get aboard the air station.

The Shay recently underwent a State boiler inspection and passed with flying colors. The maintenance department has been deligently working getting her in tip top shape for this steamup with one final work party scheduled for July 24th at 10 a.m. (see "Work Parties" elsewhere).

The Shay will pull PSRMA's ex-Union Pacific coach #576 giving Museum members, their families, and friends free rides over the two miles of track available.
