BY-LAWS CHANGES
Included in this issue of the Report are the results of our long drawn out bussiness meeting of a couple of months ago. The by-laws proposals are to be accepted or rejected at our meeting on June 18.
These changes were the result of a by-laws committee on May 8, 1967. The following members should be thanked for the time and effort which they have expended in the revision of museum by-laws:

Stanton W. Kerr, Charles Gerdes, Herbert Kelsey, Dave Willoughby and Terry Durkin.
HAVE YOUR DUES BEEN PAID?
Just a reminder, 1967 is nearly half over and many of us have not renewed our membership. Remember, PSRMA is your own home town museum. Let's give it the support needed to make a real museum for San Diego.

MEETING NOTICE
The Pacific Southwest Railway Museum Association's regular business meeting for June will be at the Santa Fe Station, 1050 Kettner Blvd., San Diego. The meeting is in the safety room, upstairs, at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 18.
Be sure to come to this meeting. The by-laws revisions as published in this issue of the Report will be voted upon.
MUSEUM ODDS AND ENDS
Plans are under way to fire up the Feather River Ry. shay on October 7 and 8 for operation and inspection for the donors to the fund for this engine.....
Cost of repairs to the Mojave Northern No. 3 are estimated to run as high as $3000. Looks as though the repairs will be deferred for quite some time........
David Willoughby, who is in charge of administering the locomotive fund reports that donations are in the $200-$300 range. About two-thirds of the donors have paid their pledges in full at the time of the original donation........
Parts for the shay arrived at San Diego on June 9 and were unloaded at Barber's that day.........
LAST MINUTE DEVELOPMENTS
As noted on our first page our present treasurer, Charles Gerdes, has resigned effective June 30. This means that a new treasurer must be elected at our June meeting.
The shay locomotive is expected in San Diego within the next week. The 10 spot may be at San Diego by the time that you read this. It was reported that the locomotive was signed for on June 8, in connection with its transportation.
LAND COMMITTEE MEETING SET
The museum's land committee is slated to meet on Wednesday, June 21, at the Adams residence at 4880 Beaumont Drive, La Mesa. The meeting will start between 7:30 and 8p.m. If you can contribute any type of information to this committee your presence at this meeting would be greatly appreciated.
MUSEUM FEATURED IN PACIFIC NEWS
The April issue of Pacific News gave the PSRMA a very nice write up. The feature included pictures of our locomotives, and the history behind them.
Terry Durkin had copies of the publication for sale at the May meeting. If you missed out he may still have a few, Come down on the 18th and see.
SIX SCHEDULED TRAINS ON NEW SP LINE
The current Los Angeles-San Joaquin timetable shows 5 trains daily in each way on trackage still under construction.
